MY ROLE: An existing program which offered interest-free loans for installation of commercial lighting was expanded to include residential customers and more types of equipment. During a period of historic price increases for natural gas, these programs provided a way to help our customers control their utility expenses. The programs were very popular with customers and less expensive to administer than rebate programs.
